This is where speed cameras should be, not on motorways and A roads. If you can't stick to the speed limit in a highly built-up area then you should walk everywhere.

You are absolutely right, however, you show me someone who has never speeded in a 30/40 and i'll show you a liar, and i don't mean by 30 or 40+mph. I mean below 10 where even 1mph over is guilty
UNLESS He has a flat cap or she has a blue rinse. :P
look at your speedo next time you're in a 30 with a clear road!

They are using them in blanket 20 mph zones. All this constant decreasing in speed limits will do is reduce the attention people will pay.
